How to Get Started

Email us with your firearm details

Send an email to gungearwarehousellc@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • Firearm make, model, and caliber
  • Current condition — be honest about any wear, damage, or defects
  • Whether you're looking to sell or trade (and what you'd trade toward if applicable)
  • Your asking price or trade value
  • Clear photos of the firearm (all sides, any defects or modifications)

We review and respond

We'll evaluate your submission and reach out with our offer or any follow-up questions. If we're interested and the price works for both sides, we'll move to the next step.

Bring it in or ship it to us

For local sellers — bring your firearm to the shop during business hours. For out-of-area sellers — contact us first and receive written approval before shipping anything. Unapproved shipments will be refused.

Inspection and payment

We inspect the firearm in person and confirm the offer. If everything checks out, we pay you on the spot — cash or check, whichever you prefer.

Shipping rules: We are a licensed FFL dealer and can receive firearm shipments directly from carriers. However, you must contact us and receive written approval before shipping. Handguns cannot be shipped via USPS — use UPS or FedEx. Unapproved packages will be refused and we are not responsible for carrier damage or return postage on refused shipments.

  • Factory-configuration or tastefully upgraded firearms
  • Current production models from major manufacturers

We evaluate each firearm individually based on model, condition, market demand, and our current inventory. We reserve the right to decline any firearm for any reason.
