How It Works

Purchase your firearm online

Shop any licensed online retailer. During checkout, look for a dealer dropdown and select Gun Gear Warehouse — or select "other" and follow the next step.

Contact us with your order details

Email us your name, order/confirmation number, firearm description, and the seller's name and contact info. We'll send our FFL documentation directly to the retailer.

We receive your firearm

The retailer ships directly to Gun Gear Warehouse. We'll contact you as soon as it arrives.

Come in and complete your transfer

Stop by the shop, complete the standard background check (Form 4473), pay the transfer fee, and take your firearm home.

Requirements

You must be a resident of the state where the transfer is occurring.
The firearm must originate from a licensed online retailer or out-of-state dealer.
Valid government-issued photo ID required at pickup.
Military or law enforcement ID required to receive the discounted fee.
All transfers subject to standard federal background check (NICS).
Buyer is responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable state and local laws.

Important: Do not have any firearm shipped to us without contacting us first. Packages sent without prior coordination may be refused. We do not accept USPS shipments of handguns — use UPS or FedEx.
